I am so happy I hired Lindsay to be our coordinator! I was overwhelmed planning such a huge event but from the first meeting she put me at ease and throughout the entire planning process she was there whenever I needed her.
Lindsay is not only an amazing organizer, but she is genuinely nice and there wasn't a question or concern I had that she didn't have a ready response for. She got to know us and understood exactly what we were going for with our wedding theme and without her help, we wouldn't have been able to pull it off.
She hooked us up with some amazing vendors. Each of them earned their recommendation from her and did a stellar job. Our venue event manager told us that if she could require every couple to hire Lindsay she would! And we could see why. She knew all the right questions to ask us and to ask of the venue and any other vendor we worked with to make sure our wedding was just what we wanted.
On our wedding day, she had everything planned to the letter, but was never pushy or overbearing. She helped this nervous bride stay calm and collected, because she had everything under control. She also knew just what to say to help me chill! She helped us navigate the whole day and made sure we had everything we needed; there wasn't a moment where we were looking for her and unable to find her.
Without Lindsay, our wedding would never have been the amazing day that it was! Hire her and rest easy knowing you have an awesome coordinator!
She's always ahead of timeline, never misses a detail, and is always easy to find and proactive with everything that pops up on the wedding day, making everyone's job run so smoothly.
More importantly, Lindsay makes every single wedding she works on feel so special and important- I'm always in awe of her seemingly un-ending capacity for empathy and kindness on what is such an emotional event. You can always tell that the couple is her only focus when she's with them, checking in on them on wedding day to make sure they're having their dream day. It's very obvious Lindsay loves what she does, and wants to share the joy.

If I could give advice to any bride it would be to work with Lindsay. From day 1 she made me feel so supported, inspired, and comfortable. I’m truly so obsessed with Lindsay, I would trust her with my life!
She not only made all my dreams come true by being in-tune with my vision and vibe, but she became my friend, emotional support, and biggest cheerleader. I looked forward to each of my meetings with Lindsay— She is so genuinely kind and made me feel like I was her only client.

I didn't think she could get any better and then the wedding day came... she kept everything on track managing vendor questions with ease, working her design magic to place all my items flawlessly, providing us with drinks in hand without even asking. Lindsay helped distill the overwhelming amount of decisions into a digestible and easy to follow “project plan” with decision dates, dependencies and who’s on point. This was SO helpful! It allowed my wife and I to focus where we needed to and not get overwhelmed with all the necessary details so we could have a life/enjoy our engagement while wedding planning.
Lindsay has deep knowledge and experience in the wedding industry and has the ability to listen to who you are, what you are wanting, and make that vision come to life. My wife and I didn’t have a set plan of exactly what we wanted, but we knew the general “vibe” we wanted. Lindsay was very detailed, asked questions, brought us options and made the “vibe” a reality. Also, this was no small feat as the “vibe” entailed a non-traditional, destination wedding where one partner has a keen aesthetic eye and the other had some more “creative” requests for the day of.
Lastly and certainly not least, Lindsay is simply an amazing human. While working with her, my wife and I could tell that she truly wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and knew how to get us there. On the big day, I had a bit of nervous jitters but felt reassured when I saw Lindsay come around the corner with her trusty clipboard. She is truly a master of her craft and cares deeply that her clients have the best experience and best day.
She is experienced, pragmatic, positive while telling it like it is, and just *gets it*.
This made it feel super effortless to plan and prepare for our day and completely relinquish control knowing we were in good hands with her and her assistant. She went above and beyond - from wrangling a 20 person surprise lion dance crew to picking up last minute signage for us on the morning of. I am honestly sad that our time is over.
She ensured our wedding day was the best day of our lives. Do not hesitate to book!!
We worked with Lindsay for our April wedding at the Umlauf Sculpture Garden. It was a tricky event because we had a lot of moving pieces, from a magician and caricature artists, to various food vendors, band, dj, the list goes on.
She did a wonderful job helping coordinate all of the various pieces, making the event as stress-free and seamless as it possibly could be. She handled all of the contracts and paperwork so that I didn't need to worry about it leading up to the day, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her capabilities as a wedding planner!
In an industry where there is a ton of chaos and unreliability, it was refreshing to work with a genuinely kind and caring person.

I got married in November '23, and Lindsay with 22 Weddings and her team were so much to us: life savers, friends, problem solvers, hype crew, and magicians during our wedding weekend!
They are truly incredible, and we are so lucky we chose Lindsay as our wedding coordinator. From the very first call, we knew this was our perfect match thanks to her blend of positivity, calm & collected vibes, and a "get stuff done" ability like no other.
She brainstormed with me for months on minute details and never made me feel like I was crazy (even though we all know that as brides, we are sometimes a wee bit crazy). In the days leading up to the wedding, Lindsay did so much to calm my nerves: she helped me with floor plan layout, worked with our venue through some issues, saved us money on printing by recommending an awesome store and literally PICKED up the seating charts for us, saved us when we didn't have a stand for our welcome sign, and helped my horrific design skills in Canva by adjusting my design of our menus.
These are all things that go so far and above the package we had booked, and it's because Lindsay just genuinely cares about doing great work and making sure her couples are confident, happy and calm.
On the day of our wedding, holy moly! They worked our set up (in the rain) as if they were 10 people, her assistant saved the day with lighting cigars when our butane was out, they put out metaphorical fires (and helped start literal fires when we needed fireplaces lit), and so much more. My husband and I are so happy that we found Lindsay!
Lindsay is the absolute best! She helped us plan a 2-day multicultural wedding (one day being habesha!!) this past summer, and we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. The days went off without a hitch, or at least none that we noticed at the time (because of Lindsay!).
